Run Sackboy Run

The game is gorgeous. It has realistic 3D graphics that paired with crisp 2D graphics that just blends into a pretty package. It has lots of bright colors and random icons floating in the background while you play. The world itself looks stitched at times but can transition based on the map you are in. All together it makes a very appealing package.

The game is very easy to play. Sackboy runs on his own you just swipe up to jump, over to dash and hold to long jump. All of the games menus are organized very well and places in a very appealing way. The only issue I had was connecting to facebook to join the leaderboard ( and to get the free chests full of items).

The game is very simple and because of this it can be picked up at any time. You just try to run as far as you can. This concept has been rendered many times in the app world but this one is just so visually appealing and has such well known characters that it was hard to pass up.

You could potentially play this for awhile since The goal is to collect stickers and bubbles so you can get new costumes for Sackboy. The problem is that the point values they set for these things are kind of high and require you to master the game (which shouldn’t take long).

tip: the key to the game is multipliers. without the multipliers you really do not go far, you need to accumulate points fast.

The Game is free. With such a beautiful game and such fun gameplay it could easily go for more. ( if you look at the credits Sony put over 50 people together to create the game! )

I say the game is very worth your time. It is a nice addition to any collection of games. It makes it even more worth it since there are no real ads. The ads they have are 30 sec commercials you opt to watch when you want a free chest of items.
