CES is right around the corner but before we can enjoy the new gadgets and innovation we must first set the stage.
What is CES?
CES stands for Consumer Electronics Show. It has been providing an area for companies to showcase their newest innovations for 50 years. CES Showcases over 4,500 companies to over 180,000 attendees.
What happened last year?
Last year A lot of big inventions and innovations were shown. Some of our favorites were the Honda 3E Robots, The Wall TV by Samsung, the LG Rollable OLED TV and the fake exhibit for Altered Carbon.
What can we expect this year?
CES already gave out a few sneak peeks from their pre-shows in New York, Paris, and Amsterdam. Some of the things to look out for will be the Byton car, Youcam Makeup, Ullo, and Speak see.
With the new advancements in VR expect to see more augmented reality exhibits. Another thing to expect is the release of 5G mobile internet and bendable phones. In addition to this, More self-driving cars will be unveiled as well.
CES 2019 starts January 8th and will end on the 11th. If anything new is going to pop up in 2019 you will probably see it first at CES. Stay tuned as TVM gives you Daily coverage of the event. You won’t want to miss it.
