On August 26th we will see what is likely to be the most hyped up boxing bout in the past decade. Conor McGregor will try to convert from UFC to boxing and take on undefeated Floyd Mayweather.

The fight is going to take place in Las Vegas, but the venue has yet to be decided (either the MGM Grand Garden or T-Mobile Arena).

A little over two years ago, smack talk started when McGregor said he could beat Mayweather… IN BOXING! Boxing of course is the sport that Mayweather is 49-0 in, including 26 knock-outs, whereas McGregor hasn’t ever even boxed professionally.

In my opinion, I’m sure this will be much too hyped up, as was Mayweather-Pacquiao. My prediction is Floyd Mayweather. He simply understands the sport too well to lose to what is basically a rookie!
