Borda Productions has made Dancefestopia, the premier summer destination in Kansas City, for the past 4 years. Showcasing many artists from Wiz Khalifa, Flo Rida, and Mac Miller, to Porter Robinson, Flux Pavilion, and Lindsey Stirling, DFT has become a music festival staple, not only in the midwest, but from sea to shining sea. Over the years, DFT has proven to be even more than just another music festival. It has become an escape from the world itself, as it draws people from all over the globe.

Previously DFT has been located at Berkley Riverfront Park, making it a huge summertime hotspot. With the growth of DFT over the past few years, expansion has always been at the forefront. After the success of DFT 2015, including sold out camping, the folks at Borda Productions decided that it was time for a newer and bigger location. With that said, we are proud to inform you that Dancefestopia 2016 will be located at La Benite Riverfront Park. This new location sits along a mile long stretch of river, and also offers more forest-like tree coverage. Not only does this allow for an expanded camping area, but this also gives more real estate for more stages and activities.

Speaking of activities, what is there to do at DFT 2016? First off, there will be 3 days and 3 nights of nonstop music. Second, experience riverside camping like no other, with flushable toilets, and other “Glamping” options. Third, you can experience the festival from another vantage point via Helicopter, Canoe, or a Zip Line that takes you right over the action. Finally, there will be countless food and art vendors, as well as workshops to ensure that you are DFT-Ready.

Now let’s talk DFT  2016 lineup. Big names such as Adventure Club, Borgore, Excision, & Liquid Stranger will be there. DFT 2016 will also feature a performance from Wichita’s own G Note. Dancefestopia 2016 will be September 9th, 10th, and 11th. 3 Day general admission ticket prices start as low as $159, and VIP tickets will be $259. Field camping will start at $42, Forest camping will be $84, and Glamping will be $400. All prices are subject to increase as tickets run out. We hope to see you all out at Dancefestopia 2016.
